Gimmick-y flavored items on an extensive expensive menu and service was meh. We ordered the new chocolate cookie smoothie with chocolate boba and that was awful, it tasted chemical, like medicine. And they would only make it in a large size, unlike everything else on the menu. But I ordered it anyway and nobody liked it lol. The sour patch kid boba had three different choices of colors but they wouldn’t mix them and they didnt put sour patch kids on it, instead these cheap gummy rings! I asked and they still wouldn’t, saying they had already used the other candy. I could see the correct candy sitting on the shelf. My daughter did say it was VERY sour- I would like that intensity but not sure if she did. The Snow White boba was missing the whipped cream topping, and they did fix that when I asked. Three stars for letting us in right before closing time. Overall they were polite enough. But they did a mediocre rush job on our order. Desserts didn’t taste good for the most part and they didn’t make it right. For that price point I expected better. If my daughter forces me to come back I’ll take photos and update my review.

Awful experience. I was delivering for a food service and simply trying to locate Bob’s Pizza, which I had never been to before, to secure a customer order and the GPS took me to Cocomo. I tried to ask where it was and was cut off before I could even get a sentence out and spoken to incredibly rudely by a patronizing female employee behind the counter. It is not appropriate to be disrespectful and condescending to someone who is simply trying to do their job. Suffice to say I will NEVER be a customer of this establishment and I am letting everyone I know NOT to come here. What a horrible experience and for no good reason. There was no justification for speaking to me in that manner and tone. Shame on you.

We love coming here! It can be a little intimidating with all the flavors, but you can ask to taste the boba before putting it into your drink! Love me the Melon Baller! Staff is always helpful and friendly and loves to chat if you engage. Super clean, super sleek, super awesome place!

Stopped with my daughter and her friend. They each enjoyed their bubble tea, while I opted for some delicious gift cider with caramel. We shared some red velvet white chocolate chunk cookies. The dining area is spotlessly clean, cozy, bright, and cheerful. Very nice, will be back.

This place is amazing! So many flavors for so many different tastebuds!! We went on the first day they opened and will be repeat customers. We live in the area and I can’t pass this place up. We were so excited when it was announced because we love bubble tea and to have it within a 2 minute drive makes it so much better! I had a Mocha Madness milk tea and my wife had their speciality drink, Pumpkin Patch. They were both amazing! We will be here frequently because the staff was awesome, the drinks were delicious, and it has a great atmosphere. Plus, we love supporting our local businesses. Keep up the great work, CoCoMo Kearsley!!!
